Dr Shaulene Stanley DNP, MScN (Ed.), RN, CNEcl.

Dr. Shaulene Stanley is the Founder and CEO of NurseEd Solutions LLC, a nursing education consulting firm dedicated to advancing competency-based, practice-ready nursing education. She has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) majoring in Educational Leadership and is also a Certified Academic Clinical Nurse Educator (CNEcl). Dr Stanley has a strong commitment to excellence in nursing education, faculty development, and student success in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. She brings over 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and curriculum development across the Caribbean and the United States. 

Dr Stanley brings experience and expert knowledge in curriculum review and updates, review of test items for quality and rigor, competency-based education and curriculum mapping aligned to the AACN Essentials. She also designs and evaluates high-quality assessments, develops comprehensive test banks, and creates engaging, student-centered learning materials using evidence-based instructional design and digital pedagogy. Additionally, her work involves organizing leadership training programs, faculty development workshops focused on writing measurable course outcomes and aligning programs to learning competencies.  

She is actively engaged in professional nursing organizations at both regional and international levels. Her professional affiliations include the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL), where she serves as Chair of the Caribbean Simulation Alliance (Regional Interest Group). She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI), Omega Kappa Chapter, currently serving as the Chair for research and innovation with the Omega Kappa Research Committee, and the National League for Nursing (NLN). Through these organizations, she contributes to advancing best practices in nursing education, leadership, and research.
